Job Description:

Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain personnel records tracking employment history, promotions, transfers, salaries and training.
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identification of labour needs according to different standards and ratios or special conditions with the assistance of the HRBPs.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy, Protection Guidelines and Legislation.
  • Identification of incorrect cost placement.
  • Prepare associated management reports on matters such as wages, leave and training.
  • Provide analysis and recommend actions on various aspects of human resources administration
  • IR Report Management and compliance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot data and reports.
  • Internal audit with regards to legal compliance (discrepancy reporting).

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in analyzing and using data to solve problems.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from raw data and information.
