Job Description: 

In this role, you will develop and implement digital strategies for all PEP brands. You will be responsible for planning and implementing the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including but not limited to Social Media, Google Search, Google Display & Video ads. You will develop tactics to maximize high quality/converting traffic to all PEP owned web properties.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategic social media and digital media strategies
  • Measure, Analyse & Optimize traffic, via Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform
  • Evaluate social media & digital content performance
  • Seek new processes & opportunities for streamlined & efficient digital content production
  • Report on and present digital campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Monitor & manage campaign status, performance and budget

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma in Marketing, Data & Analytics or related qualification
  • Demonstrated experience with analyzing data for editorial, content & campaign recommendations
  • 2 – 3 years digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Web Analytics & reporting
  • Web Analytics such as Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics & Google Optimize
  • Experience running campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Google Campaign Manager.
