Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Performance Leader instore who has experience working in the retail business. The incumbent will be responsible for the operations management in store, overall budget process, accounting and admin operations, internal control, maintenance, 3rd party management, security, and health & safety.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and following managerial routines that will assist the Head of Departments and Department Managers
  • Review store P & L on a monthly basis, actions plans based on analysis
  • Set annual objectives for the store in conjunction with the store leader, HODs, and finance department
  • Expense management to ensure budget expenditure is tracked and P & L budget
  • Review department P & L on a monthly basis and work on action plans based on analysis
  • Perform floor walks, training and meetings to help develop the knowledge and ability of the store management team in relation to the store’s performance

Job Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability, proactive.
  • Experience in similar role, Retail background – advantageous
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
  • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
  • BCom degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
