Job Description:

To provide strategic management of Contact center, people and resources in the department, to ensure excellent customer service and sustainable growth of the department’s customer satisfaction ratings. Plan and prepare the department for future business needs and growth

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the KPIs of the department are met within budget and time frames
  • Manage social community both online and offline
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the business strategy
  • Lead the team according to business values, culture and policies
  • Track and monitor service levels
  • Manage relations with different stakeholders – Store Manager, Sales, Marketing, etc
  • Provide root cause analysis to all stakeholders
  • Manage all customer communications channels and their KPI’s such as email, calls, facebook, twitter and WhatsApp etc
  • Develop department objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant post matric qualification
  • Retail or hospitality experience an added advantage
  • Proven experience in contact center industry at a managerial level
  • Solid understanding of the local market operations
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a stressful and fast paced environment
