Job Description:

Oversee the maintenance, storage and proper management of documentation and information to enable the efficient {racing, and Filing thereof for District Office Components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage telecommunication services for District Office Componerús inclusive of repair and maintenance of telephone infrastructure and the administration of Telkom telephone account. Oversee the administrator OF the district fleet thus optimizing the facility for use by staff of District Office Components.
  • Ensure that the District Office Complex is properly maintained and neat and orderly at all times by managing the maintenance anti cleaning of the complex according 10 predetermined standards.
  • Administer Service Level Agreement with the various stakeholders and service providers.
  • Ensure effective and efficient building access management and resource security arrangements for the District Office Complex

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively and accordingly
  • Initiative and creativity skills
  • Senior or equivalent qualification plus
  • B Degree *’National Diploma in Public Administration or Public Management (NQF Level 6)
  • 3-5 years clerical/administrative experience
  • Excellent Communication skills both orally and written.
