Job Description:

Main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the People & Culture Department. Ensure effective, accurate and timeous processing of all administrative tasks and responsibilities assigned to the position and specific region and stores.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain LMS systems & portals
  • Benefits administration
  • Processing and administering IOD processes
  • Provide administrative support to Training and Development department
  • Compiling DOL visit documents
  • Full onboarding of employees
  • Reception relief
  • Processing and administering Disciplinary processes: AWOLS, MTA, Dismissals, resignations, Dismissals, etc.
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Appointments, increases, transfers, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible, adaptable and Pro-active
  • Team player
  • Reliable and dependable
  • 2- 5 Year’s of HR experience within the a fast paced environment
  • HR Diploma/Degree
  • Highly motivated with innate energy levels, an acquiring mind and a passion for excellence
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure
  • High level of integrity
  • Critical thinking ability
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
