Job Description:

Assist with liaison with internal and external organizations, consultants and members of the public as well as Nationals and Provincial Governments Departments, Councilors and other departments of council and all other external bodies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of relevant documentation for property reports and/or tender documentation and the processes
  • Execute property elated functions in the Outdoor Advertising Section at Corporate level
  • Monitor activities relating to Outdoor Advertising Lease Portfolio in order to prepare reconciliations and adjustments

Job Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Accounting
  • Driver’s license
  • Grade 12
  • 2 year’s property management or leasing experience and experience in financial environment with exposure to Property finance and accounting principles
