Job Description:

Attend to customer billing account enquiries to ensure all financial and clerical tasks are effectively executed to ensure alignment with the finance section

Job Responsibilities:

  • Address consumer account enquiries to render an effective customer enquiry function
  • Apply governance and risk management to ensure necessary compliance with related legislative requirements
  • Maintain customer service orientation to ensure performance driven section and contribute to overall Departmental objective
  • Apply financial processes to comply to the MFMA

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • 1-year relevant financial experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Bilingualism
