Job Responsibilities:

  • Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love and brand value
  • Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
  • Manage program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget
  • Support the senior brand manager on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand & portfolio priorities
  • Coordinate local activations with our bottling partner CCHBC Switzerland, including POS activations & promos, events, experiential, leveraging marketing assets
  • Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging marketing assets), in coordination with the bottler (CCHBC Switzerland)
  • Participate in agile projects for the development of Operating Unit and Market-level innovation and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) campaigns

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights.
  • Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking.
  • Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with CCHBC Switzerland.
  • Fluency in German (native speaker) and English; French of advantage
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing activation (end to end project delivery)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottling partner) and ensure alignment.
