Job Description:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full recruitment function, research and extensive recruitment administration. In addition, the role will require attracting top talent using relevant sourcing methods and media, and providing administrative and research assistance to the Recruitment Leads and Recruitment Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing recruitment and resourcing support function for internal clients
  • Provide clients with all information required in order to make an informed hiring decision
  • Ensuring that all administration is up to date on our recruitment system to enable accurate reporting
  • Management of internal applications for assigned projects
  • Constant building of proactive pipeline for outlying / hard to source for areas as directed by Recruitment Lead
  • Excellent customer relationship management of both internal and external customers
  • Effective candidate management throughout the recruitment process
  • Quality and background checks
  • Taking references
  • Processing high volumes of candidate and hiring packs
  • Placing adverts on various internal and external portals
  • Ensuring that no process issues hold internal clients up
  • Managing the integrity of the data and input thereof into our systems and documents

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in interviewing against competencies
  • At least 5 years’ end to end recruitment process experience (from sourcing to placement) of which a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate is essential
  • Completed Grade 12 / Matric is essential
  • Completed HR Tertiary qualification or studying towards an HR Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience recruiting high volumes at one time
  • Experience in different sourcing methodologies
  • Excellent command of the English language – both written & verbal
  • Proven ability to deal with large volumes of administration and following strict processes
  • Research experience and the ability to think analytically about problems and identify new and innovative ways to access top candidates.
  • Experience working with customers at a senior level
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and placing Manufacturing & Engineering roles within the FMCG industry
  • Experience working on an E-Recruitment system
